Ido Shalev

MA student (Clinical psychology)

I am interested in dissecting the biological and genetic bases of human empathy and the clinical conditions related to difficulties in empathy. My thesis focuses on unraveling the distinct genetic architecture of emotional and cognitive empathy and its association with psychopathologies using machine learning approaches. My research is conducted in collaboration with Dr. Alal Eran.

I received support from the Pedagogica foundation and from the Multidisiplinary research fund at Ben Gurion University.
